MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will use your artistry skills and product knowledge in one-to-one sessions and events to ensure customers leave with luxurious makeup and confidence in their use of NARS techniques, expressing their personal beauty vision.
- Learning our engagement approach will help you create strong customer connections through brand history and product performance, fostering loyalty to NARS and yourself as an artist.
- We provide tools and training to help you express your creativity and excel. In return, you'll aim to meet and surpass performance targets.
- As a NARS Artist, you can positively influence how clients feel about themselves through your actions, communication, and connections, committing daily to your clients and your own growth.
