We are looking for an experienced key account manager to drive B2B growth for Shiseido UK. The role involves leading commercial negotiations, delivering trade plans, and managing relationships with high‑street retailers across the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels within designated accounts, including internal teams across Supply & Marketing.
  • Conduct successful commercial negotiations on terms, pricing, distribution, space, location, and in‑store visibility.
  • Own forecasting, planning, and performance tracking against clear commercial targets.
  • Help build and execute joint business plans through data and insight to unlock mutual ambition.
  • Manage and optimise assortment and SKU performance across accounts and negotiate increases where necessary.
  • Collaborate with retailers to ensure optimum assortment, maintaining retailer‑specific files and order forms.
  • Lead promotional planning and execution with senior NAM support.
  • Accurately forecast and deliver net sales for defined retailers, meeting all financial targets, deadlines, and budget submissions while flagging risks and opportunities.
  • Drive P&L enhancement for selected retailers, optimising product performance across digital channels with Retail Activation team support.
  • Work with Operations to forecast quantities for new launches and secure appropriate sell‑in.
  • Partner with the digital team to deliver strong online execution and performance.
  • Continuously refine forecasts and strategies based on real‑time performance.
  • Assist with new launch forecasting for allocated National Account Groups.
  • Support wider commercial team initiatives and projects as required.

Background & Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and managing key customer accounts.
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating commercial agreements, pricing and promotional activity.
  • Commercially minded with strong business acumen.
  • Proactive, action‑oriented and adaptable to fast‑paced environments.
  • Experience in retail sales management within the National Account sector of the beauty industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with the ability to respond to rapidly changing demands.
  • Proficient at Excel and excellent planning and organisational skills.
