The CRM Manager will contribute to brand profitable growth by designing and implementing local CRM solutions to engage, retain, upsell & recruit consumers and leverage insight and data.

Reports to: Digital Director

Contract type: Maternity Cover - FTC Contract, 6 months

Main responsibilities

  • Define and lead the UKI CRM strategy in collaboration with the Digital Director
  • Lead, manage and develop the CRM executives within the central digital team
  • Provide CRM guidance and best practice sharing across marketing, eCommerce and digital activation teams
  • Lead data acquisition initiatives onsite and in-store ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Champion the UKI customer database management and KPIs
  • Lead all local segmentation and targeting implementation, reporting and analysis and provide regular customer data insights to the marketing and eCommerce teams
  • Lead the successful implementation of local eRetail CRM initiatives
  • Implement local CRM pilots with new technology partners
  • Lead and champion all UKI-wide CRM initiatives including sharing and understanding of customer data KPIs across the business
  • Key interface with EMEA CRM team

Profile, skills and experience required

  • Experience in CRM across both customer acquisition and retention
  • Experience of managing at least one person directly or indirectly
  • Experience managing CRM agencies and budgets
  • Ability to manage multiple datasets and campaigns including nursery programmes, triggers, replenishment initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in order to achieve cohesion
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM KPIs, terminology and GDPR compliance
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
  • Proactive, pragmatic and analytical mindset
  • Passionate about customer data and experience

Our hiring process
