The CRM Manager will contribute to brand profitable growth by designing and implementing local CRM solutions to engage, retain, upsell & recruit consumers and leverage insight and data.

Contract type: Maternity Cover - FTC Contract, 6 months
Main responsibilities
- Define and lead the UKI CRM strategy in collaboration with the Digital Director
- Lead, manage and develop the CRM executives within the central digital team
- Provide CRM guidance and best practice sharing across marketing, eCommerce and digital activation teams
- Lead data acquisition initiatives onsite and in-store ensuring GDPR compliance
- Champion the UKI customer database management and KPIs
- Lead all local segmentation and targeting implementation, reporting and analysis and provide regular customer data insights to the marketing and eCommerce teams
- Lead the successful implementation of local eRetail CRM initiatives
- Implement local CRM pilots with new technology partners
- Lead and champion all UKI-wide CRM initiatives including sharing and understanding of customer data KPIs across the business
- Key interface with EMEA CRM team
Profile, skills and experience required
- Experience in CRM across both customer acquisition and retention
- Experience of managing at least one person directly or indirectly
- Experience managing CRM agencies and budgets
- Ability to manage multiple datasets and campaigns including nursery programmes, triggers, replenishment initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in order to achieve cohesion
- In-depth knowledge of CRM KPIs, terminology and GDPR compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
- Proactive, pragmatic and analytical mindset
- Passionate about customer data and experience

Our hiring process
