MISSION
As a Fragrance Consultant, you will be sharing your passion for Fragrances and delighting customers with our Brand stories.
To deliver our strong Growth & Profitability ambitions, we will follow 4 strategic streams:
- Leverage our unique portfolio of Beauty brands across all 3 categories
- Stay agile and capture new retail opportunities
- Create a great place to work in Beauty
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
You will relish in the challenge of meeting your sales targets and identifying new opportunities to drive the business as you ensure customers are excited and engaged through creating activity around our Brands. Providing exceptional service and surpassing the expectations of customers will come naturally to you, as will your confidence in establishing meaningful rapport with both customers and store teams. A true ambassador to all of our Brands, you will ensure that they are looking their best at all times.
We will ensure you have all the tools and training you need to drive your account, share our brands with your customer and to be an expert story teller in fragrance. In return we’ll expect you to be reaching and exceeding your sales targets, working as part of the team to achieve those counter goals. Your experience in and passion for fragrance will be a great addition to our teams, and you’ll have an amazing opportunity to join our beautiful brands and share this passion with our customers.

- Business Management experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with Area Manager on business performance
- Ability to drive KPIs and sales targets within the team
- Experience in coaching and developing others
