Mission
To support the UK Advocacy team in executing product campaigns, maintaining community and advocate platforms, and working closely with the CRM team on advocacy projects across multiple brands.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide general support to the Advocacy Manager across current and future advocacy projects, ensuring initiatives contribute to brand growth and revenue opportunities.
- Respond to customer reviews across various touchpoints to maintain positive brand perception and encourage repeat purchases.
- Support NARS PRO community activities, including inbox management, manual renewals, and onboarding new members, focusing on strengthening loyalty and driving incremental engagement.
- Assist with activations for The NARS Community, Drunk Elephant, and NARS nano‑ and micro‑influencer communities (sampling/product send‑outs, creating competitions, scheduling missions and tasks), identifying opportunities to maximise engagement and conversion.
- Support live online and in‑person (IRL) events, ensuring they deliver measurable impact on brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Work closely with the CRM team, supporting creative briefs and emails to promote live and in‑person events and promotions, emphasising customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage the monthly Shiseido brand Facebook content calendar, including ideation, copywriting, scheduling, monitoring, while optimising content for increased engagement and uncovering new revenue opportunities.
