Responsibilities
- Deliver one‑to‑one sessions and events, using your artistry skills and product expertise to help customers leave with confidence in NARS techniques.
- Create engaging and individual experiences for each customer, building strong connections through brand history and high‑performance formulas.
- Reach and exceed performance targets set for sales, customer engagement and product knowledge.
- Provide creative, proactive service and communicate effectively to build loyalty to NARS and yourself as an Artist.
- Maintain a high standard of product presentation, hygiene and consistency across the store.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience in makeup artistry or retail makeup preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
