Responsibilities
- Conduct one-to-one sessions and events, applying artistry skills and product expertise to help customers leave with confidence in using NARS techniques.
- Build strong connections with customers through brand history and high‑performance formulas, securing loyalty for NARS and yourself as an Artist.
- Use customer engagement approaches to create memorable, personalised experiences.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, delivering daily commitment to clients and self‑development.
Qualifications
- Make‑up artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self‑motivated and results‑driven.
