Your Responsibilities
- Conduct one‑to‑one sessions and events, using your artistry skills and product expertise to ensure each customer leaves with a bag of luxurious makeup and the confidence to use NARS techniques.
- Learn our customer engagement approach to create strong connections through brand history and high‑performance formulas, securing loyalty to NARS and to you as an Artist.
- Receive all tools and training needed to express your creativity and be the best makeup artist you can be – in return you are expected to reach and exceed performance targets.
- Change how a client feels about themselves through your actions, communication, and the connections you make – a daily commitment to clients and yourself.
Your Background
- Make‑up artistry/previous retail makeup experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self‑motivated and results driven.
