Role
- Construct high-quality shirts from supplied fabrics and patterns
- Single-needle construction
- Precise collar, cuff and placket finishing
- Clean internal seam finishing and final press
Requirements
- Proven experience in shirtmaking or premium garment construction
- Confident working with fine shirting fabrics
- High attention to detail
- Must have own professional sewing equipment and home workspace
- Able to work independently and meet agreed turnaround times
- Low initial volume (1β5 shirts at a time). Flexible scheduling. Paid hourly.
- Work must not conflict with any current employer agreements.
