We’re on a mission to build a proper fun sports brand. Your job is to make social content that gets shared: short-form video + funny/clever static posts. We’re focusing on Instagram first, and we’ll repurpose winners onto Facebook (and optionally TikTok). This is not “corporate brand social.” It’s sports culture, gift panic, mystery reveals, and community arguments in the comments.
What you’ll do:
- Come up with high-volume, repeatable formats (reels + meme-ish posts) that fit our brand
- Create and post:
- 4–6 Reels/week (15–30s)
- 3–5 static posts/week (screenshots, memes, “comment battles”, carousels)
- Daily stories (polls, reposts, community)
What “good” looks like:
- Content output is consistent and improving week-on-week
- We become a page people send to mates
- Clear brand voice (fun, football culture) without cringe
- The product is understood because it’s baked into the humour (mystery reveal, gift solve, reactions)
You’re a fit if:
- You’ve made content that gets shared (your own account is fine, it doesn’t need millions of followers)
- You can create quickly, and you don’t get precious about ideas
- You’ve got strong taste: you know what’s funny without trying too hard
- You can shoot/edit confidently and keep it native to the platform
- You can write captions that start comment threads
Nice to have:
- Football knowledge (or at least sports culture literacy)
- On-camera confidence (but not required — voiceover + UGC + behind-camera works)
- DTC/ecom experience (not essential if you can prove you can make bangers)
