The Senior Health & Safety Consultant will be responsible for:
- Delivering audits, inspections, and management system reviews with clear, actionable reporting.
- Advising clients on health and safety compliance and best practice across diverse leisure environments.
- Developing and implementing systems and procedures tailored to client operations.
- Delivering accredited and bespoke training (IOSH, NEBOSH, CIMSPA-endorsed).
- Supporting incident investigations and liaising with enforcement bodies when required.
The Senior Health & Safety Consultant will have:
- Ideally level 6 qualification in Health and Safety (Diploma, Degree, or equivalent).
- Strong background in leisure, sport, culture, or holiday park environments.
- Consultancy experience is desirable but not essential.
- Flexibility for UK-wide travel with overnight stays.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to integrate into a small team within a larger group.
