This is far more than a compliance-focused position. You'll be at the forefront of driving meaningful ESG change, leading a team of sustainability specialists, influencing senior stakeholders, and embedding innovative, measurable sustainability practices across every stage of project delivery.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading Sustainability Strategy - Develop and deliver ambitious sustainability strategies across a diverse national project portfolio.
- Driving ESG Excellence - Embed ESG principles throughout design, procurement and construction, ensuring sustainability is integrated from concept through to completion.
- Inspiring & Developing Teams - Lead, mentor and grow a team of sustainability professionals while creating a culture of continuous improvement.
- Influencing Key Stakeholders - Collaborate with clients, consultants, regulators and supply chain partners to align sustainability goals and deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Championing Innovation - Introduce forward-thinking approaches, technologies and sustainable construction methodologies that create measurable impact.
