An excellent opportunity for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join a major civil engineering principal contractor to work across multiple projects around the outskirts of London and the Home Counties The role will provide Health & Safety leadership across operational and project teams, supporting the delivery of high standards across civil engineering, construction, maintenance and infrastructure activities. THE ROLE Lead, support and mentor a team of Health & Safety Advisors Drive a positive safety and wellbeing culture Conduct site inspections and supply chain audits Lead and support incident investigations Monitor Health & Safety performance and improvement actions Engage with operational teams and senior stakeholders Support Health & Safety training and communications WE'RE LOOKING FOR ~5 years' experience working in Health & Safety ~ Previous experience working in civil engineering, construction or maintenance ~ Strong site-based construction background ~ NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent ~ IOSH membership ~ Experience managing or mentoring Health & Safety Advisors ~ Full UK driving licence
