What will you be doing?
- Proactively develop new business with both new and existing clients across the Health, Safety, Sustainability, and Quality sectors, and negotiate strong terms of business.
- Work with clients to understand their needs and build a search process that suits them.
- Source, headhunt, and screen suitable candidates, to successfully match candidates to the client's requirements.
- Build your network of candidates and clients to become the go-to recruitment consultant in your sector, and always deliver a high level of service.
- Drive sales and work closely with your manager to identify ways to continue to excel and increase your earning potential.

- Previous recruitment experience (Permanent, Contract or Search)
- Exceptional people and influencing skills
