We're excited to be partnered with a leading infrastructure organisation delivering a high-profile project in Reading.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Environmental Advisor to join a major construction programme on an outside IR35 contract basis until the end of 2026.

With the main build phase complete, this role offers a low-risk environmental profile focused on site-based environmental compliance and waste management.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the Principal Contractor remains fully compliant while acting as a trusted environmental interface with the client.

Available on either a part-time basis (2–3 days per week) or full-time, this role offers excellent flexibility alongside exposure to a prestigious project.

What You'll

Doing: Champion Environmental Compliance – Ensure all site activities meet environmental requirements and compliance standards.

Lead Waste Management Oversight – Manage waste-related processes, records, and environmental obligations across the project.

Build Key Client Relationships – Act as a key environmental contact, confidently liaising with the client and project stakeholders.

Provide Site-Based Expertise – Support delivery teams with practical environmental advice and guidance on-site.

Maintain Best-in-Class Standards – Monitor performance, identify improvements, and drive a culture of environmental excellence.

Compliance-Driven Approach – Excellent attention to detail with a proactive mindset towards risk management and assurance.

Security Clearance Eligible – Able to obtain the required security clearance for this project.
