We are seeking a Senior Process Design Engineer to take a leading role within our Design Team, responsible for planning, directing, and delivering high‑quality process designs across a diverse portfolio of water and wastewater treatment projects.
In this position, you will lead technical delivery, guide multidisciplinary teams, and ensure that all process solutions meet regulatory, environmental, safety, and client requirements. Alongside driving technical excellence, you will mentor junior engineers, champion innovation, and support the development of sustainable, cost‑effective treatment solutions that respond to the evolving needs of the water industry.
Please note, this role requires attendance in the office or on site at least three days per week.

We’re looking for a technically strong and commercially aware process design engineer with proven leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering innovative and sustainable water treatment solutions.
- 7–10 years’ experience in process design engineering
- At least five years’ experience within the water or wastewater sector
- Proven delivery of complex treatment projects across design, testing, and commissioning phases
- Strong working knowledge of water quality standards, environmental regulations, and industry codes
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and committed to sustainability and best practice
- In‑depth understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes, technologies, and equipment
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline
