What You’ll Do
- Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of water and wastewater treatment projects
- Conduct feasibility studies, technical assessments, and data analysis
- Mentor and support junior engineers
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success
- Support project management activities, including planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering processes
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 3–6 years’ experience in the water sector, especially in treatment works
- Strong technical skills in civil design and analysis
- Familiarity with UK water industry standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and accountable approach
