Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Location: Aylesbury or Reading area – Hybrid working

Salary: Competitive salary & uncapped commission structure

What will you be doing?

  • Proactively develop new business with both new and existing clients across the Health, Safety, Sustainability, and Quality sectors, and negotiate strong terms of business.
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and build a search process that suits them.
  • Source, headhunt, and screen suitable candidates, to successfully match candidates to the client's requirements.
  • Build your network of candidates and clients to become the go-to recruitment consultant in your sector, and always deliver a high level of service.
  • Drive sales and work closely with your manager to identify ways to continue to excel and increase your earning potential.

  • Previous recruitment experience (Permanent, Contract or Search)
