A leading organisation is seeking a hands-on Process Mapping & Value Stream Specialist to support a major transformation programme. This role sits within a Quality Assurance & Operational Excellence team and is key to driving process clarity, efficiency, and standardisation across the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Value Stream Mapping (VSM) workshops to identify end-to-end flows, pain points, and improvement opportunities
- Capture and document ‘as-is’ processes, including activities, roles, systems, decisions, and controls
- Develop high-quality BPMN 2.0 process models (using GBTEC BIC or similar tools)
- Translate findings into ‘to-be’ process improvements with clear efficiency and compliance benefits
- Document business rules, dependencies, and critical hand-offs across teams and stakeholders
- Maintain and enhance the organisation’s process landscape, ensuring governance and version control
- Support teams in embedding processes into day-to-day operations
About you:
- Strong experience in BPMN 2.0 process modelling (as-is & to-be)
- Proven track record of VSM facilitation with actionable outcomes
- Ability to deliver at pace, managing multiple workstreams
- Experience with process modelling tools (GBTEC BIC, Visio or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Broad industry experience (telecoms exposure beneficial)
