We are looking for an experienced and proactive HSQE Advisor to support the delivery of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental objectives across a diverse multi-site environment. Working closely with operational teams and key stakeholders, you will provide expert guidance, drive compliance, and help embed a positive safety culture across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of HSQE policies, procedures and management systems.
  • Provide advice on risk management, including RAMS, COSHH, PPE and safe systems of work.
  • Conduct site audits, inspections and engagement visits to monitor compliance and identify improvements.
  • Lead or support accident and incident investigations, ensuring effective root cause analysis.
  • Assist with risk assessments and support operational teams in managing workplace risks.
  • Support internal and external audits, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
  • Deliver HSQE training, toolbox talks and awareness initiatives.
  • Provide HSQE support for projects and contract mobilisations.

About You

  • NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) – essential.
  • Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation.
  • Experience within a multi-site or field-based environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.
  • A proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement.

Desirable:

  • IOSH Membership.
  • Environmental and/or Fire Safety qualifications.
  • Experience working with ISO management systems.
