People Operations Manager

What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the SLT to deliver talent acquisition and development objectives.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and improve retention and advocacy.
- Lead professional development programmes and career pathways.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle and onboarding process.
- Champion employer branding, DEI, and CSR initiatives to foster an inclusive culture.
Key Goals
- Employee Experience: Improve year-on-year global engagement scores.
- Retention and Advocacy: Increase average tenure and strengthen internal brand advocacy.
- Production Capacity: Deliver against annual hiring goals for the SLT.
- Talent Mix: Reduce time-to-productivity and hire for managerial capacity.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in HR, People Operations, or Talent Management.
- Strong understanding of engagement, retention, and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead projects such as LMS deployment and development programmes.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for employee experience.
