Shirley Parsons are partnering with a longstanding client and one of the UK's leading infrastructure contractors to recruit a Senior Quality Advisor for a significant Water project based in the North West of England.

The role offers the chance to work across a diverse portfolio of water and wastewater projects while influencing quality performance directly on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting site quality audits, inspections and assurance activities.
  • Undertaking supplier audits and quality assessments.
  • Supporting the management of non-conformances and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Leading quality briefings and promoting best practice across projects.
  • Working directly with Project Managers, engineers, supervisors and client stakeholders.
  • Water sector experience
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems.
  • Experience conducting audits and managing corrective actions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across project sites
  • CQI membership or Chartered Quality Professional status
