The Senior Health & Safety Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Delivering audits, inspections, and management system reviews with clear, actionable reporting.
  • Advising clients on health and safety compliance and best practice across diverse leisure environments.
  • Developing and implementing systems and procedures tailored to client operations.
  • Delivering accredited and bespoke training (IOSH, NEBOSH, CIMSPA-endorsed).
  • Supporting incident investigations and liaising with enforcement bodies when required.

The Senior Health & Safety Consultant will have:

  • Ideally level 6 qualification in Health and Safety (Diploma, Degree, or equivalent).
  • Strong background in leisure, sport, culture, or holiday park environments.
  • Consultancy experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Flexibility for UK-wide travel with overnight stays.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to integrate into a small team within a larger group.
