Working closely with the Head of Reliability, you’ll support assessment quality processes, examiner performance, and continuous improvement initiatives, helping to ensure confidence in assessment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of the Reliability operational plan and related projects.
- Maintain consistent marking standards across assessments.
- Manage processes relating to examiner recruitment, moderation, verification and enquiries about results.
- Design and deliver examiner training, standardisation and guidance.
- Monitor and report on reliability KPIs and performance metrics.
- Provide support on technical assessment queries.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote continuous improvement and assessment best practice.
