Shirley Parsons is working exclusively with a leading Civil Engineering client who are looking to recruit multiple Quality Advisors or Senior Quality Advisors to support a major energy infrastructure project.

Quality Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Promoting best practice in quality management aligned with organisational standards.
  • Supporting site management teams to ensure full compliance with Quality Plans and project requirements.
  • Conducting regular site inspections and audits to verify work is being completed in accordance with policies, procedures, and quality expectations.
  • Encouraging robust reporting of nonconformances and advising on effective close‑out actions.
  • Collating and reviewing Quality statistics and submitting data for reporting purposes.
  • Analysing quality trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing quality campaigns and improvement plans in agreement with management.
  • Supporting project teams in developing Quality Plans and associated documentation.
  • Producing and maintaining Quality Plans, procedures, and records to ensure compliance with company and contract standards.
  • Acting as a champion for the “Quality – Right First Time” initiative.

Quality Advisor Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience within a Quality role or similar.
  • Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., CQI).
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Previous experience within heavy civils environment.
