HSEQ Manager – Technical & Projects UK-wide | £60,000 + benefits

We\’re partnering with a leading facilities management organisation to appoint an HSEQ Manager – Technical & Projects, responsible for driving health, safety and environmental excellence across technical operations and project delivery.

This is a senior, visible role with a strong focus on CDM compliance, leadership and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HSEQ across technical services and projects, with accountability for CDM 2015 compliance.
• Develop and embed HSEQ policies, procedures and management systems.
• Line manage and support HSEQ Advisors, providing technical guidance and leadership.
• Lead incident investigations, including RIDDOR reporting.
• Manage audits, inspections and performance reporting, driving improvements.
• Provide expert HSEQ advice to operational, facilities and project teams.

What We\\\’re Looking For

• NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent).
• Strong CDM 2015 knowledge within construction or FM environments.
• Proven experience leading HSEQ in technical or project-led operations.
• Confident communicator able to influence and challenge at all levels.
• Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 management systems.
