p strong HSEQ Advisor /strong /p p strong £45,000 + car allowance /strong /p p strong Home based with travel across, The North of England Highlands. /strong /p p br /p p We are recruiting for an HSEQ Advisor to support the delivery of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards across a national portfolio. /p p This is a proactive, operational role focused on strengthening compliance, embedding best practice and supporting teams to deliver safe, high-quality services. /p p br /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p ul li Provide practical HSEQ advice and guidance to operational teams and client stakeholders. /li li Undertake audits and inspections in line with legal and company requirements, ensuring actions are tracked to completion. /li li Lead accident and incident investigations, including root cause analysis and regulatory reporting where required. /li li Review contractor RAMS and monitor higher-risk activities on site. /li li Ensure statutory risk assessments (fire, legionella, asbestos etc.) are in place and managed effectively. /li li Support HSEQ initiatives, training and behavioural safety programmes across the business. /li li Produce clear reports and performance updates for management and clients. /li /ul p br /p p strong What We’re Looking For /strong /p ul li NEBOSH National General or Construction Certificate (Level 3) or equivalent – essential. /li li NEBOSH Diploma or Environmental qualification – desirable. /li li Internal Auditor qualification – advantageous. /li li Strong knowledge of CDM regulations /li li Experience within an HSEQ role in FM, property or a related operational environment. /li li Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and contractor management. /li li Confident communicator with good organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. /li /ul p br /p p PR/029070 /p p Emily.swindlehurst@shirleyparsons.com | 07773978494 /p
