Join a leading UK logistics provider delivering end-to-end supply chain solutions for customers. The HSE Manager will ensure all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are achieved across multiple sites, aligned with Group standards. Based from Ellesmere Port with some regional travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and embedding EHS standards across all company logistics sites, driving a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.
- Ensuring compliance and risk management, including audits, inspections, incident reporting, and adhering to statutory requirements.
- Engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, delivering clear EHS communications and supporting organisational change.
- Managing and developing the EHS team, providing leadership, coaching, and strategic support for operational excellence.
Key Qualifications
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- NEBOSH Diploma level qualification, ideally CMIOSH.
- Previous experience working in a logistics environment and working with ISO management systems and internal auditing.
- The ability to work flexibly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, unionised environment.
