The Client
Shirley Parsons is partnering with a food manufacturing client based in Woolwich who are looking for a Quality Systems Manager to join their team. They are an established company with a close-knit team, the length of service being well over 10 years. Their new site allows for an innovative and environmentally-friendly way to manufacture, whilst keeping their core values stretching back to the 1930s.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Quality Management professional with strong experience in BRCGS, HACCP and ISO 22000/22001 standards to uphold the high standard set by the outgoing manager. There will be a long handover period as the current Quality Systems Manager is retiring, allowing for a great deal of professional development.
Your Day-to-Day
- Ensuring compliance with top Quality and food standards whilst also being able to collaborate effectively across all departments.
- Managing internal audits alongside preparing for external certification bodies.
- Reviewing and updating Quality systems in accordance with the aforementioned standards.
