All training qualifications will be provided if required. Knowledge and experience of excavations within the power, energy, telecoms sector would be beneficial. The Role: – To work with the Training Team to continually evaluate the effectiveness of the training solutions. – To deliver various training and assessment across the UK both face to face and virtually – Update and crate training material to ensure it remains relevant to the work required. – To develop a continuous improvement programme for the team to upskill individuals. The Candidate: – 3 years + experience working excavation or previous experience working as a trainer in excavation industry. – Previous experience working in excavation is a must for the position. – Enthusiastic and engaging individual who is happy to present to a group. – Driving license to travel across UK when required. – Experience working in construction, civil engineering, telecoms or power sector.
