We are currently working with a leading Facilities Management organisation, who have a new opportunity to join their FM team. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role in implementing Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and ensuring the efficient operation of the Contractor Management Office within a dynamic, multidisciplinary science and research environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the efficient operation of the Contractor Management Office.
- Ensure compliance with Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and site regulations.
- Review and approve Site Authority to Work Documents and Permits to Work.
- Verify contractor paperwork and ensure adherence to RAMS.
- Address client queries and offer expert advice on SSOW.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- NEBOSH Certificate.
