With a strong pipeline of work and a commitment to best practice, they pride themselves on maintaining high safety standards across all sites.
This is a hands-on, site-focused position, working across multiple refurbishment projects in London. You will be responsible for driving health & safety standards, ensuring compliance, and promoting a proactive safety culture on-site. This is not a desk-based role — you will spend the majority of your time out on projects, engaging directly with site teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee health & safety across multiple refurbishment sites
- Carry out regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with current HSE legislation and company policies
- Provide guidance and support to site teams and subcontractors
- Investigate incidents and implement improvements where required
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety training
- Work closely with project managers to embed a strong safety culture
- Proven experience in a Health & Safety role within the refurbishment sector
- Exposure to projects across multiple sectors (e.g. commercial, residential, education, healthcare)
- Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation
- NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, visible, and confident in site environments
- Full UK driving licence (or ability to travel regularly across London)
- Salary up to £80,000 depending on experience
