The ClientShirley Parsons is partnering with a Tier 1 Mechanical and Electrical contractor who deliver technical, energy and infrastructure services to a large variety of both private and public sector clients. They work on projects such as: Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C, AWE alongside many others.
The Opportunity
For this team, we are looking for seven Quality professionals. This is the beginning of a brand-new team build working with the Nuclear Quality Director and a great chance to implement best Quality practices in a high-growth division.
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Quality Engineer to ensure products and services provided by suppliers meet project requirements. You will act as a key link between the client and suppliers, helping to develop and qualify new and existing suppliers.
Your Day-to-Day
- This will involve evaluating quality-related questionnaires as part of the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and Invitation To Tender assessments (ITT);
- Conducting supply chain audits;
- Carrying out supplier qualification activities in accordance with project requirements;
- Ensuring thorough investigation of non-conformances, working with suppliers to conduct root cause analysis.
