The predicted salary is between 40000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

We are seeking a Health & Safety Auditor to work on a large infrastructure project based in & around the Midlands region. The ideal candidate will have previous auditing experience and be happy to work in an auditing position, working across multiple sites. Travel will be expected 3/4 days per week. Strong knowledge and experience in auditing and/or implementing ISO45001 would be a distinct advantage.

The Health & Safety Auditor will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all H&S-related policies, procedures and regulations are adhered to and reviewed and updated regularly across multiple project sites.
  • Site-focused, carrying out audits and inspections across the project.
  • Able to work autonomously and manage their own diary and workload.
  • Promoting Health & Safety initiatives.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders, building strong working relationships.

The Health & Safety Auditor will have:

  • 3 years + experience working in health & safety.
  • NEBOSH Certificate or NEBOSH Construction minimum.
  • Experience working in civil engineering or the construction industry.
  • Qualified Lead Auditor ISO Management Systems, ideally ISO45001.
  • Able to gather, analyse and report on key H&S statistics and trends.
  • Major projects experience would be beneficial, but not a must-have.

Position is project-focused, required to be on-site 4/5 days per week. Applicants must be able to travel across multiple sites and locations.
