This role offers the chance to influence health, safety and environmental performance through strategic projects, policy development, auditing and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Group HSE Advisor will be responsible for

  • Supporting the delivery of the Group HSE Strategy, driving key strategic objectives and contributing to the organisation's journey towards zero harm.
  • Developing and implementing HSE policies, procedures and guidance to support both regulatory compliance and best practice.
  • Undertaking assurance activities, including audits, action tracking and reporting, to support governance and continuous improvement.
  • Leading and supporting HSE projects, conducting site visits and collaborating with operational and HSE teams across multiple locations.
  • The Group HSE Advisor will have
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent).
  • 2-3 years' HSE experience gained within an industrial, infrastructure, manufacturing, logistics or other high-risk operational environment.
  • Experience developing or implementing HSE policies, procedures and management systems.
  • The ability to analyse risk, identify improvement opportunities and support the delivery of strategic HSE objectives.
