- Review temporary works designs from external consultants and subcontractors.
- Attend site inspections and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Contribute to project planning and risk management activities.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Previous experience working as a Temporary Works Engineer within construction or civil engineering.
- Strong understanding of BS 5975 requirements.
- Proficiency in design software and technical calculations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Working towards or already Chartered (ICE or IStruct E) would be advantageous.
