Join NEBOSH and play a key role in maintaining the quality, fairness and consistency of assessments.

Working closely with the Head of Reliability, you'll support assessment quality processes, examiner performance, and continuous improvement initiatives, helping to ensure confidence in assessment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of the Reliability operational plan and related projects.
  • Maintain consistent marking standards across assessments.
  • Manage processes relating to examiner recruitment, moderation, verification and enquiries about results.
  • Design and deliver examiner training, standardisation and guidance.
  • Monitor and report on reliability KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Provide support on technical assessment queries.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Promote continuous improvement and assessment best practice.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma-level Health, Safety & Environment qualification, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience within assessment, quality assurance, reliability or awarding environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience delivering training, presentations or guidance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with stakeholders.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of awarding organisations or regulated qualifications.
  • Experience with assessment marking platforms, moderation or verification processes.
  • Understanding of assessment reliability and continuous improvement methodologies.
