We\’re seeking a Technical Services Manager to oversee facilities management across a major North West London estate. This role ensures high standards in maintenance, engineering, cleaning, and landscaping, while driving sustainability and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical and maintenance operations, budgets, and KPIs.
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance and contractor performance.
• Lead energy and waste management initiatives, supporting sustainability goals.
• Act as technical advisor for development handovers and project briefs.
• Ensure effective procurement and compliance across all estate services.

What We\’re Looking For

• Facilities Management experience, ideally with mechanical/electrical background.
• Relevant FM qualifications.
• Strong interest in sustainability and energy management.
• Proven ability to manage contractors and public realm assets.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
