We’re partnered with a leading UK construction and infrastructure business on an opportunity to join their Social Value team as a Social Value Coordinator. You’ll play a key role in driving T-Level engagement across regional teams, connecting with education providers, identifying placement opportunities and helping turn a business-wide commitment into a coordinated, measurable programme. This isn’t simply an admin role; you’ll have the freedom to get out into the business, build your network, develop processes and guidance, and work with a wide range of stakeholders. What you'll be doing:
- Drive Engagement: Build relationships across regional offices, encouraging greater participation and ownership of T-Level commitments.
- Make Opportunities Happen: Proactively identify placement opportunities and connect regional teams with colleges and education providers.
- Keep Things Moving: Coordinate activity, maintain forward plans and make sure potential gaps or risks are identified early.
- Turn Data Into Insight: Monitor performance, maintain accurate records and produce clear reporting that gives stakeholders visibility of progress.
- Raise the Bar: Develop practical guidance, share successful approaches and gather feedback to continuously improve the T-Level experience.
