Shirley Parsons are partnering with a longstanding client and one of the UK's leading infrastructure contractors to recruit a Senior Quality Advisor for a significant Water project based in the North West of England.
The role offers the chance to work across a diverse portfolio of water and wastewater projects while influencing quality performance directly on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting site quality audits, inspections and assurance activities.
- Undertaking supplier audits and quality assessments.
- Supporting the management of non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and ISO 9001 standards.
- Leading quality briefings and promoting best practice across projects.
- Working directly with Project Managers, engineers, supervisors and client stakeholders.
Essential
- Lead Auditor qualification.
- Water sector experience
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems.
- Experience conducting audits and managing corrective actions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel regularly across project sites
- CQI membership or Chartered Quality Professional status
