We are seeking an experienced Property Compliance Officer to support the delivery of statutory and regulatory compliance across a diverse property portfolio.

Reporting to the Director of Works, you will oversee compliance activities including fire safety, gas safety, electrical safety, asbestos management, and water hygiene.

You'll maintain compliance records, monitor performance against KPIs, conduct audits and inspections, and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain compliance records and monitoring systems.

Manage compliance data through CAFM systems.

Conduct audits, inspections, and site checks.

Monitor statutory inspection programmes and compliance deadlines.

Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure safe working practices.

Promote a positive health and safety culture across the organisation.

About You

Experience in a property compliance, estates, facilities, housing, or similar environment.

Knowledge of fire, gas, electrical, asbestos, and water hygiene compliance.

Strong organisational, communication, and reporting skills.

Competent in Microsoft Office applications.

Ideally level 3 certificate in Health & Safety.
