London based £55,000 + benefits

We are currently working with a leading commercial property management specialist. Their Health & Safety department is expanding the services it provides to the team, including the creation of a new H&S Manager position based in their London office. This role will support the maintenance of compliance through various H&S management systems and on-site support services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development, implementation, and management of H&S policies and procedures across the firm
  • Provide H&S advice and support to all operational staff, including those based at managed properties
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of H&S training
  • Assist with the use of web-enabled H&S databases and electronic management systems
  • Conduct site-specific risk assessments and audits
  • Support the maintenance of the firm’s ISO 45001 recording system

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a H&S role within facilities or property management
  • H&S diploma and Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH)
  • Strong knowledge of fire safety within the built environment
  • Relevant H&S/fire qualifications and industry memberships
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
