Health & Safety Advisor London & South Region Up to £40,000 + Company Car or Car Allowance Are you a Health & Safety professional looking for a role that offers genuine career development, exposure to varied projects, and the chance to grow within a successful family-run business? Our client is a well-established contractor with a strong reputation across London and the South, delivering construction, M&E, and construction services through a portfolio of long-term frameworks and local authority contracts. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated Health & Safety Advisor to support a diverse range of domestic and commercial projects while developing their career within a supportive and ambitious organisation. The Role Working closely with operational teams, you'll provide practical health and safety support across a broad range of specialist projects and framework agreements. You'll be responsible for promoting a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance, and helping drive continuous improvement across the business. Projects include: Domestic and commercial M&E works Construction and refurbishment projects Planned and reactive maintenance contracts Social housing schemes Local authority and council frameworks Specialist building and property services projects Key Responsibilities Carry out site inspections, audits, and safety assessments. Provide day-to-day health and safety advice to operational teams. Review and assist with risk assessments and method statements. Support incident investigations and identify preventative actions. Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and client requirements. Monitor performance and promote best practice across multiple sites. Build strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and site teams. About You NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent). Experience within construction, M&E, property maintenance, or a related sector. Good understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
