Shirley Parsons has been exclusively retained to recruit a Quality Assurance Coordinator for a well-established, family-owned brewery with a strong reputation for producing award-winning beers across the UK. Reporting to the QA & Food Safety Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining food safety, quality and compliance standards across brewery operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the site's BRCGS Food Safety Management System
  • Monitor GMP and food safety standards across production operations
  • Review quality and production records to ensure compliance
  • Support internal audits, traceability exercises and inspections
  • Investigate non-conformances and support corrective actions
  • Promote a positive food safety and quality culture across the business

Essential

  • Experience within a food or beverage manufacturing quality role
  • Experience working in a BRCGS-certified (or equivalent) environment
  • HACCP trained
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills

Desirable

  • Beverage, brewing or wider food manufacturing experience
  • Internal auditing experience
  • Food Safety qualification
