NEBOSH is seeking a Reliability Lead to uphold the quality, fairness and consistency of assessments. Hybrid working with agility in delivering improvement initiatives, you will work closely with the Head of Reliability to support assessment quality processes and examiner performance.
You will design and deliver examiner training, standardisation and guidance, monitor reliability KPIs, and manage recruitment, moderation and enquiries about results.
