We’re working with a facilities management provider to recruit an HSEQ Advisor, supporting safe, compliant and high-quality service delivery across sites and projects. This is a hands-on role focused on audits, inspections, contractor management and practical HSEQ support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HSEQ advice and support to operational teams and clients.
  • Carry out audits, inspections and risk assessments.
  • Investigate incidents and manage RIDDOR reporting where required.
  • Review contractor RAMS and monitor on-site compliance.
  • Support HSEQ initiatives, campaigns and behavioural safety.
  • Produce clear reports and performance updates.

What We’re Looking For

  • NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Experience in an HSEQ role within FM, construction or a similar environment.
  • Good knowledge of UK health and safety legislation.
  • Confident, practical approach with strong influencing skills.
  • Working knowledge of CDM 2015 – desirable.
