A fast-growing, highly regulated manufacturing business based in Park Royal, Northwest London is seeking a Health, Safety Environment (HSE) Manager. With around 360 employees and recent investment into a new suite of cleanrooms, the organisation is entering an exciting phase of growth. Operating in one of the UK’s most tightly controlled, MHRA audited environments, this role offers the opportunity to build on existing foundations, bring structure to developing systems, and shape a proactive, high impact safety culture in a fast-paced, delivery-focused setting.
The HSE Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a cohesive HSE strategy, bringing together existing systems and creating a consistent, robust framework across the site.
- Leading the review and standardisation of risk assessments and safe systems of work, ensuring best practice in a high hygiene, tightly regulated environment.
- Driving cultural change by increasing individual ownership of health and safety, influencing stakeholders at all levels in a collaborative, low hierarchy environment.
- Ensuring ongoing compliance with UK legislation and regulatory expectations, while supporting audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
