Health & Safety Advisor / Manager – Construction & Fit‑Out Location: Multiple Sites Across London Salary: Up to £60,000 + Travel Employment Type: Full‑Time, Site‑Based About the Role Our client is looking for an experienced and hands‑on Health & Safety Advisor / Manager to join their team, working across a range of construction and fit‑out sites throughout London. This is a site‑based role with daily engagement across active projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance are always maintained. Key Responsibilities Lead and monitor health & safety performance across multiple construction and fit‑out sites. Carry out regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments. Create, review, and develop RAMS and site‑specific safety documentation. Provide clear guidance and expert support to project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety briefings. Investigate accidents, near misses, and ensure robust corrective actions. Maintain accurate safety records and produce concise management reports. Champion a positive, proactive health & safety culture. Skills & Experience Required NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential). Proven experience in fit‑out, refurbishment, and wider construction environments. Strong working knowledge of CDM Regulations and UK H&S legislation. Confident communicator able to influence and support site teams. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple live sites across London. Full UK driving licence What We Offer Salary up to £60,000, plus travel expenses.
