Lead fire safety in one of the UK\’s most prestigious and historic estates. This is a rare opportunity to take on a high-impact leadership role within a complex and iconic environment. As Fire Safety Manager, you\’ll be responsible for protecting people, property, and heritage across a multi-site estate with national significance.

What you\’ll do:

Lead and develop a dedicated Fire Safety & Access team
Ensure full compliance with fire safety legislation and best practice
Oversee fire safety systems, training, and incident response readiness
Manage inspections, equipment maintenance, and risk assessments
Collaborate with internal teams and external emergency services
Align safety processes across multiple estate locations
