We're excited to be partnered with a leading British defence, security, and aerospace technology company who are looking for a Regional Environmental Advisor to shape environmental performance across the east of England, based in Essex. In this role you will be the go‑to environmental expert for the region, working hands‑on across unique sites, including those supporting critical MOD activity. You'll be part of a small, high‑performing environmental team, supported daily, trusted deeply, and empowered to lead. What You'll Be Doing
- Leading Regional Environmental Performance: Acting as the environmental lead across multiple East of England sites, embedding best practice and driving a proactive environmental culture.
- Owning ISO 14001 Compliance: Steering audits, improving the EMS, and ensuring sites stay ahead of regulatory and customer expectations.
- Delivering Critical Assessments: Producing high‑quality environmental assessments for operations, facilities, and MOD‑aligned activities.
- Driving Continuous Improvement: Leading improvement programmes, analysing data, and ensuring lessons learned are shared and embedded.
- Building Strong Stakeholder Relationships: Working closely with site leadership, customers, regulators, and internal teams to influence, advise and problem‑solve.
